State Farm® Insurance Agent Cody Anno

"I called Cody Anno for a quote for small business general liability insurance. Cody gave us a quote, took our payment and set up auto pay. Weeks later when I asked for a copy of our certificate of insurance, Cody then decides to inform us that State Farm does not offer the business insurance that he quoted us after all. How does an agent not know what policies his company offers?! How can he quote a policy that his agency doesn't offer? Also, I have heard from other insurance people that legally Cody should have to provide the insurance he quoted me for at least one year. However, here we are now scrambling to reinstate the insurance we had before we went to Cody. I would not recommend...."

"Absolutely the best experience with a agent an staff I’ve ever had I moved here about two years ago met Cody through a friend I made at work . Since day one feel like I’ve known Cody for 20 years . I had State Farm with my first house I never met the guy he never reached out. I didn’t even know I had an agent till the bill came . First day I moved in Cody an his staff sent my family an I a beautiful welcome sign to be displayed by my front door where I have it till this day. Since then I have all my vehicles an home with them. Currently my wife was about to give birth to my 3rd child and my renew was up . "Great service, personable, thoughtful. There was never an interaction with staff that I did not enjoy. The rates for insuring my two vehicles along with renters' insurance are in my opinion very reasonable. Just really good people. If I had a question about anything staff are always responsive, and follow-up is great. I generally speak with Laura more often than not and she is attentive, listens well, asks questions to make sure she understands my inquiry fully. I have never been disappointed. She will contact me when my birthday is approaching just to follow up and check in to see if I need anything. Cody has a great team and would highly recommend Cody Anno State Farm Insurance."
